E-liquid Information

The packaging of my product is not the same as the old one.

Due to the Ministry of Health requirements - we are required to change our packaging and labelling to ensure that it complies with the requirements set out for us. Please note that this includes additional information on the ingredients list and also the nicotine strength. Example "20mg" will be "20mg/ml".

Type of E-liquids

Freebase Nicotine

Freebase e-liquids contain VG/PG/Flavors/Nicotine. The nicotine used inside these types of e-liquids are pure and because of this, only low nicotine levels are found in these liquids, as it offers a “harsh” throat hit when you vape. Freebase nicotine e-liquids range from 3mg to 12mg with some cases going to 18mg or 24mg (but not as common).

Nicotine Salts

Nicotine salt e-liquids contain VG/PG/Flavors/Nicotine. The nicotine used for these liquids are a combination of nicotine with benzoic-acid. This causes the nicotine to become more neutral and provides a less “harsh” throat hit when you vape. Due to this, higher concentration of nicotine can be used ranging from 20mg to 40mg

Sub-ohm Salts

Sub-ohm is the newest type of e-liquids to be released. This uses nicotine salt but instead has nicotine levels similar to Freebase. This allows you to use this type of liquid with larger devices such as sub-ohm devices.

This is suitable for those using larger devices but wants a less “harsh” throat hit compared with traditional freebase e-liquids.

E-liquids turning darker or into a brown colour. 

This is completely normal and commonly affect liquids that contains nicotine. When nicotine is exposed to heat, light or oxygen to becomes oxidised - this is a natural chemical process and doesn't affect the quality of the liquid. 

It is really harsh when I vape

One reason which could cause this is the nicotine. Higher nicotine strength means that the "throat hit" would be harsher. Try lowering the nicotine strength or depending on the device you use, try switching to a higher VG liquid to provide a smoother "throat hit".

Is it possible to mix e-liquid together?

Yes, this is perfectly safe. However, you will need to consider that when mixing - the following may change:

• Nicotine strength
• VG/PG ratio
• Flavour

Mixing is a good option if your favourite e-liquid doesn't have the nicotine strength you need to lower your intake comfortably. E.g. If you mix 3mg and 0mg at a ratio of 50/50, you will get 1.5mg.

Note: These will only change if you are mixing different liquids with different profiles. Two 6mg nicotine strength liquids mixed together will not make it 12mg. 

Is it possible to request the ingredients list to see if I'll be allergic to the product?

Just like other recipe (e.g. KFC), we do not provide a list of ingredients for the liquids we sell. However, should the brand disclose this - you will be able to find them on their website. If you have any allergy, please consult your healthcare professional. 

Can I use nicotine salt on larger devices?

This is something that is not recommended. Larger devices generally operate at a higher wattage which vaporise more e-liquid every puff so you may overdose. If you want to use nicotine salt because it provide a smooth throat hit - try our Sub-ohm Salt liquids. Made from nicotine salt but with low nicotine strength. 

How long does e-liquids last for?

Generally, they will last between 2-3 years from the time of manufacturing. Refer to the bottle for the date. 

The nicotine strength on my liquid says "mg/ml" instead of just "mg". What does this mean?

To make it clearer for our customers and meet new regulations. We will be changing our packaging and labels to define the nicotine strength in each bottle. This will not affect the nicotine strength you buy.

There's no taste coming from my vape.

If you have been vaping a single flavour frequently, you may noticed that overtime there is a lack of taste coming from the vape. This is commonly known as "Vapers' tongue". A common fix is to give vaping a rest, drinking some water or trying a different flavour profile entirely.
