Nicotine Prescription

A nicotine prescription allows you to legally import nicotine products for personal use. You must provide a copy of your nicotine prescription when ordering any products that contains nicotine.

You do not need a nicotine prescription when ordering the following(s):

- Vaping devices

- Heat not Burn devices

- Nicotine free e-liquids (0mg)

- Vaping accessories (coils, pods, glass, etc)

Where to get Nicotine Prescription?

This is available from your GP or local healthcare provider. Alternatively, you can visit Quit Clinics which is an online service available for all Australian customers.

How do I make sure that my prescription is correct?

The prescription would normally indicate how much nicotine you use per day and at what strength. A good way to make sure the prescription is accurately providing the right information. Make sure you advise your healthcare professional the following:

- Your nicotine strength of your e-liquid

- How much e-liquid you are using each day (if your device holds 2ml, multiple 2ml with how many times you fill it up within a day)

Can you make exceptions to shipping nicotine products to Australia without a prescription?

The short answer is No. We do not make any exceptions regardless of circumstances. If your order contains nicotine, a prescription is required.

Shipping Heets, Shisha Flavours and other Tobacco Products.

Please note that we DO NOT ship any tobacco products to Australia due to new regulations with AU Customs and DHL regulations. We can however, still ship IQOS devices as the product does not contain tobacco and is listed as a vape.

Do I need anything if I have found a vendor who can ship Heets or other tobacco products to Australia?

You may require a Tobacco Permit when importing tobacco products into Australia. We recommend double checking with the vendor. If required, you will need to apply for a Tobacco Permit.

Keep in mind that you may need to pay for tax or duties cost.

I don't have a prescription and placed in an order.

Depending on how your order has been processed. It will be placed on Hold and we will be in touch to request for a prescription. If it had been automatically processed and dispatched then we shall not be responsible if your parcel is destroyed or seized by DHL or AU Customs.

You will be responsible for any charges involved if the parcel is returned back. So please make sure you have a prescription ready prior to placing the order.
