Same day delivery (Auckland & Hamilton)

Take advantage of the NZ Post Express Tonight evening delivery service to receive your items locally within Auckland and Hamilton—provided they're in stock at our warehouse. This service is ideal for those who need their purchases by the end of the day.

Delivery Method: 

Select the 'Same Day Delivery' option on the shipping page during checkout.

Delivery Window: 

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM on the day of the order. Excludes public holidays and weekends 

Cut-off time:

• Orders for the Auckland zone must be placed before 2:00 PM.
• Orders for the Hamilton zone must be placed before 10:00 AM.

Weight Limit:

Orders must weigh under 20kg.

• If your order is placed after the cut-off time it will be delivered the following eligible day. Please note that if you place an order after cut-off time on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday evening.
• Please do not provide business address unless it is open during the delivery timeframe we offer.

Tomorrow Night Delivery

Delivery Method:

Select the 'Tomorrow Night Delivery' option on the shipping page during checkout.

Delivery Window 

Items will be delivered between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM the following day. Excludes public holidays and weekends.

Cut-off time: 

There is no cut-off time in tomorrow night delivery

Weight Limit: 

Orders must weigh under 20kg.

4-hour Urgent Delivery (Auckland Only)

For your most urgent needs, choose our 4-Hour Urgent Delivery option. Place your order, and we'll expedite the process to ensure it arrives within just four hours. This service is ideal for critical items that you need immediately.

Delivery Method: 

Select the '4-Hour Delivery' option on the shipping page during checkout.

Delivery Time and Date: 

Items will be delivered within 4 hours of placing your order (excludes public holidays, Saturday and Sunday).

Cut-off time:

Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM at the latest.

Weight Limit: 

Orders must weigh under 20kg.

Price: 

The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Your items will not be delivered if your order is placed after the cut-off time. You can request a refund or switch to another delivery service by contacting our customer service team during business hours.
